These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between bob88 and its members. By using, browsing, or registering on the bob88 platform, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

In this document, "we", "us", or "bob88" refers to the bob88 operating company. "You" or "member" refers to any registered or unregistered user.

To open an account at bob88, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• All information you provide — including your name, date of birth, phone number, and email — must be accurate and truthful.
• Each individual may register only one account.
• If multiple accounts exist within the same household, each must be separately identified.

After registration, and especially before large withdrawals, bob88 reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This may include a national ID, passport, or driving licence.

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on bob88:

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• We recommend using the same payment method for both deposits and withdrawals.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is determined by your VIP tier.
• Withdrawal processing typically takes between 2–24 hours.

Bob88 does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees, though third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.

Bob88 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction suspected of being fraudulent or linked to money laundering, and to report such activity to the relevant authorities.

All bonuses and promotional offers on bob88 are subject to the following general terms:

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirements, which are clearly stated on the offer page.
• Each bonus can only be claimed once per account.
• Bets placed using bonuses may be subject to restrictions on certain games or markets.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 days, though each offer may specify a different expiry period.
• If a withdrawal is requested before bonus wagering requirements are met, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

Keep the following in mind when placing bets at bob88:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where the cash out feature is available).
• Bob88 reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If a match or event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be refunded.
• If one leg of an accumulator bet is voided, the entire bet will be recalculated.
• Bob88 reserves the right to set a maximum stake limit on any bet.

During in-play betting, network delays may cause certain bets to be rejected. This is a technical limitation and bob88 cannot be held responsible.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bob88 platform:

• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using systems or software to gain an unfair advantage in betting.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Using another person's account or payment details.
• Selling or transferring your account to a third party without bob88's authorization.

Bob88 may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a terms violation.
• Providing false information during the KYC verification process.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

Members may request account closure at any time. If you have a remaining balance, please withdraw it before closing your account, as access will be restricted once the account is closed.

Bob88 treats the protection of members' personal information as its highest priority. We never sell your data to third parties.

• Bets lost due to internet connectivity issues.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account (if you have shared your login credentials with another person).
• Service unavailability during scheduled technical maintenance.

Any dispute regarding a bet outcome or transaction must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the event. bob88 aims to resolve all complaints within 7 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it will be referred to a neutral third party. These terms are governed by the laws of the relevant licensing authority.
